Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
When you sign up we collect your name, email address and mobile number, to create and secure your account and to contact you about it. We record your practice attempts and scores so that we can show your progress. We keep a record of payments.
Career information
If you tick the box at sign-up asking to hear about starting a career as a property agent, or answer yes to being contacted in the optional career survey, we will use your contact details and your survey answers to contact you about that. If you do neither, we will not contact you about it. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers to host the site, send email, send verification codes by SMS and process payments, and they handle data only for those purposes.
Visitor statistics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so that we can improve the site. It sets cookies in your browser and records information such as the pages you view and your approximate location. We do not send your name, email address or mobile number to Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
