What this site is
This site offers original practice questions for the Singapore Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination. It is an independent practice site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Council for Estate Agencies, and it does not replace the RES course that candidates must complete with an approved course provider.
No guarantee of results
The questions are written to follow the published syllabus and examination format. They are not taken from any past examination, and a practice score does not guarantee an examination result. We work to keep the questions accurate and current, but laws and policies change and errors can occur. If you find one, please use the report link under the question.
Your account
An account is for one person. Do not share your log-in. We may suspend an account that is shared or misused.
Membership and payment
Membership gives 6 months of access from the date it starts, for a single payment of S$38. It does not renew automatically. Payment is taken through PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.
Refunds
Membership is digital content that is made available to you immediately after payment. For that reason, no refund is given once you have opened any drill, practice paper or mock examination as a member. If you have paid and have not opened any of them, you may ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment by contacting us. If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will put it right.
Our content
The questions, explanations and case studies belong to the operator. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, publish, share or resell them.
